How should I back up my lists?

Because lists are standalone files, you can copy them to any folder or backup location you trust.

What if I forget the lock password?

If you use list lock, keep a record of your password and make backups of important list files. Locked content protection is designed to keep others out; recovery options may be limited.

What should I send if a file cannot be opened?
